Within the scope of the project carried out in the Bumbwini Area, a total of 370 residential units are being constructed. Of these, 240 units are designed as 3+1 and 130 units as 4+1. In addition to the residences, the project includes shops and market areas, a mosque, main roads, and connecting roads paved with asphalt concrete.

The project also covers the installation of sewerage systems and healthy drinking and utility water infrastructure for the residential units. All works are carried out in accordance with the standards specified in the drawings, technical specifications, and the Bill of Quantities (BoQ).

This project aims to create modern living spaces in the Bumbwini Area, strengthen social infrastructure, and improve the quality of life for the local community.
