Within the scope of the project carried out in the Bumbwini Region, a total of 370 housing units are being constructed. Of these units, 240 are designed as 3+1 and 130 as 4+1 residences. In addition to the housing units, the project includes the construction of retail shops and a marketplace, a mosque, and main and access roads with asphalt concrete pavement.

The project also covers the development of sewage systems as well as safe drinking and domestic water infrastructure for the residential areas. All works are being executed in full compliance with the standards specified in the drawings, technical specifications, and the Bill of Quantities.

This project aims to create modern living spaces in the Bumbwini Region, strengthen social infrastructure, and enhance the quality of life for the local community.
