The Amaan Stadium project consists of two main sections, with works being carried out simultaneously. The first section focuses on the renovation of the stadium. This includes the reconstruction and modernization of the stadium, increasing its capacity to 17,000 spectators, and upgrading the field to meet CAF standards. Additionally, the expansion and reinforcement of the stands, structural and foundational improvements, enlargement of existing stands, and rehabilitation of the hotel building are being carried out.

The second section covers the construction of additional sports and social facilities around the stadium. This includes a 1,200-spectator indoor sports hall, a 250-spectator judo hall, two training fields compliant with CAF standards, a restaurant, a conference hall, new roads, parking arrangements, commercial areas, drainage and infrastructure facilities, as well as landscaping around the stadium.
