The Amaan Stadium Project consists of two main phases, which are being carried out simultaneously.
The first phase covers the renovation works of the stadium. Within this scope, the stadium is being reconstructed and modernized, its capacity is being increased to 17,000 spectators, and the pitch is being upgraded to comply with CAF standards. In addition, the project includes the extension and strengthening of the stands, foundation and structural improvements, the expansion of the existing stands, and the rehabilitation of the hotel building.

The second phase involves the construction of additional sports and social facilities to be located around the stadium. This phase includes a 1,200-seat indoor sports hall, a 250-seat judo hall, two training pitches compliant with CAF standards, a restaurant, a conference hall, new roads, parking arrangements, commercial areas, drainage and infrastructure facilities, as well as landscaping works in the stadium surroundings.
